I developed Lactose Intolerance somewhat randomly when I was 18yrs old. I have eaten dairy, and lots of it, my entire life. I was extremely aggravated and distraught to find out I couldn't eat some of my favorite foods anymore. I tried Lactaid but that was a pain, having to carry around the pills in my pocket "just in case" I found myself in a situation with dairy products. One day I saw this on the shelf next to Lactaid at the store and tried it out. AMAZING! 1 pill in the morning with breakfast and I can eat dairy all day. No more pockets-of-pills and no more wondering "Am I going to feel sick after this meal?" I highly recommend this product.
